Arrival and Departure
Check in is available from 4.00pm to 7.30pm on the day of arrival. We ask that you please vacate your room by 10.30am on the morning of departure.
Early/late check in and late check out can be arranged at an additional fee and by prior arrangement only (subject to availability).
Booking and cancellations
It is always best to book with us directly via our website, email or phone. Our direct rates are always cheaper than those on Booking.com/Airbnb (due to their massive commission costs).
Please note the cancellation policy before committing to a reservation.
We are a small business, so cancellations can have a big impact on us, especially if we have turned away potential guests in favour of someone who had already booked and who then cancels. For this reason, we advise that you take out a suitable insurance policy to cover against unexpected costs such as cancellation fees.
We charge a 50% non-refundable deposit at the time of booking (or whole amount on reservations made less than 14 days before the check in date}. The balance is payable 7 days before check in. If the reservation is cancelled less that 14 days before the date of arrival or in case of a no show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
No third-party bookings will be accepted. All bookings are non-transferable and only the persons named on the booking form will be allowed entry to the property or to use the facilities. Group bookings will be charged a 150 euro damage deposit, which will be returned no later than 10 days after departure, once the house has been checked for damages/missing items etc, which will be charged for.
Should it be necessary for us to cancel a booking we will contact you immediately. Any payments made will be refunded in full.
Damages and Breakages.
Please take care of our home. You are responsible and liable for any damages which you cause to the accommodation or its contents. We reserve the right to charge the full replacement cost for any item or piece of furniture removed from the room and this can be done after departure.
Pets
We have a no pet policy
Keys
Lost keys will be charged at 20 euros per key
Liability
We do not accept any liability for any damage, loss or injury to any member of your party or any vehicles or possessions, unless proven to be caused by a negligent act by ourselves whilst acting in the course of our employment.
Payment
We accept the following credit and debit cards: Delta, Maestro, MasterCard and Visa. We do not accept cheques.
Prices
We reserve the right to change our prices at any time. This does not affect bookings already made.
Smoking
Smoking is NOT permitted within any part of Le Petit Dragon. Please note that offending guests will be asked to leave immediately and will make a charge for deep cleaning/loss of earnings. This can be applicable after your departure. This charge will be 100 euros plus the cost of 1 nights stay.
Termination Policy
We reserve the right, at our discretion, to terminate, without notice, an individual’s stay where deemed necessary through unacceptable behaviour or as a result of actions which are likely to endanger or offend others. In such circumstances any outstanding account must be settled, no refunds will be made.
